Data we collect on this website
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you enter: first and last name, work email, phone number and your message. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Data we process on the platform
When a community operator uses Congora, we process data on their behalf: resident, member and tenant accounts, maintenance requests, facility bookings, payments, visitor passes and access records. The community operator decides what is collected and why; we process it only to provide the service to them.
How we use data
To reply to your inquiry and schedule a demo, provide and secure the platform, process transactions for our clients, send service updates, and improve our products. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share personal data only with the community operator you belong to, with service providers that host and run the platform for us under contract and confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. It is protected with enterprise-grade security measures, encryption in transit and role-based access, so each team sees only what it needs.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Send your request to sales@congora.com. If your data is held by your community operator, we will pass your request to them.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
